Originally, I had plans to make my book, "Elsies's Everlasting Love" the third book in The Lancaster Series that I have been writing since May of 2015. However, when I sit down to write, the story comes alive as if I am a robot and the information is being transmitted to me through a microchip. If you're a writer, you probably "get" what I mean. My stories start with an idea or overall concept, then through the writing process, they take on a life of their own. I like to tell my friends and family that my books write themselves, I am just the one who does all the typing, lol.
So when I began writing "Jillians's Revenge," it took a direction that I did not expect. It then dawned on me that it would be very well-suited to become the third book for the series, but it will take place thirteen years before "The Final Goodbye" and "The First Hello" (which both take place in 1890-1892). "Elsie's Everlasting Love" will be the fourth book, and will start in 1895 a few years after where the first two books left off.
Are you confused yet? For those of you who both read and understand that, congratulations! You ARE smarter than a 5th grader! To keep you on top of things, here is a list of The Lancaster Series of books in the order they need to be read in and whether they are finished, in-progress, or not yet started. If you'd like to read them, and have not done so already, please read them in order. The rough draft versions are FREE to read on Wattpad, and yes, you do need to make an account.
Last, any book I write and publish on Wattpad (my preferred site to use for unpublished/undiscovered writer)) will be in rough draft form so keep that in mind when reading the books. If you read any of my books or poems, PLEASE leave your comments and feedback. It helps me out as a writer to know if there are area's that need worked on or if the book(s) suck.
I have also been working on making "video trailers" for each book which is a lot of fun!
